Install new Hardwood Floors in the 1st Floor Kitchen and Remove the existing Bamboo Floors and Refinish the existing Pine Hardwood Floors underneath throughout the 1st Floor, 2nd Floor, and 3rd Floor. Reinstall the Bamboo Hardwood Floors at the Ground Level Unit. Install new Interior Doors and Trim at the Renovated Areas. Install a new Tile Floor at the Entry Foyer. Repaint the entire Duplex.
