3-story Exterior Front Façade Renovation to existing Multi-Unit Building
Raise existing Roof Parapet Wall by 2’-0”. Install new EPDM Roof-Membrane where Roof was raised, and re-pitch existing roof as required for drainage. Install new Scupper Leaders x 2 at each side of the existing building. Install new 2x6 Metal Studs and Hat Channels for new Plywood Sheathing at Exterior Front Wall. Install new ¾” Hard Coat Stucco over wire mesh and Hardie-Panel Fiber Cement Siding with AZEK PVC Trim. Install Cultured Stone and Stone Sill along 1st Floor and Parking Lot Retaining Wall. Remove existing Concrete Sidewalk and install new Planters with Belgium Block Curbs and Paver Walkway. Install new Soffit Canopy above Main Entrance. Wash existing Brick Veneer at sides of Building and Paint. Paint existing exterior AC wall units.
