I worked with Val on a complicated 4-unit gut renovation in Jersey City. We took the home all the way down to the studs and replaced everything: interior framing, electric, HVAC, water, windows, new kitchens, new bathrooms, etc.
He pushed through complicated issues as they arose and stayed on top of his subcontractors in order to push the project forward. The project turned out amazing, particularly the bathrooms and kitchens, and I'd be happy to work with him again on another project.Read More
